NeoCart

A multi-tenant digital-business-card SaaS, refitted for a Persian client from a multi-product script into one focused product. The work included a new landing page, new dashboards, new card themes and full Persian/RTL support.

The Challenge

The base script carried restaurant, barbershop and store-builder modules the client did not need, fifteen dated card themes, broken RTL, a third-party newsletter leaking user emails, and links that 404ed on any domain except the original.

The Approach

I cut the platform down to one product: 741 files deleted and 33 tables dropped through a one-way migration. I replaced the fifteen themes with new ones and rebuilt the landing page, all six auth pages and both dashboards, checked to AA contrast and 44px touch targets. I added email OTP verification, per-plan storage limits and Iranian messenger links, fixed RTL across the admin, and deployed to a VPS with nginx and PHP-FPM.
